All Vaénha products are handmade in Valencia, Spain.
Processing Time
Orders are made to order and usually require 5–10 business days for production before shipment.
Shipping
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Shipping is free on all orders.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–5 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Vaénha is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
