All Vaénha bags are handmade in Valencia, Spain.

Our bags are handcrafted from genuine leather, selected for its natural character and durability.

ㆍIs each bag made to order?

Yes. Every bag is made to order and crafted individually.

ㆍHow long does production take?

Production usually takes 5–10 business days before shipment.

ㆍWhere do you ship?

We currently ship within the European Union.

ㆍHow long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination.

ㆍDo you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders within the European Union.

ㆍCan I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

ㆍWho pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vaénha will cover the return shipping costs.

ㆍWhy might my bag look slightly different from the photos?

Leather is a natural material. Small variations in grain, texture, and color are part of its character and make each piece unique.
